Respected Hakim Sahib, As Salam Alaikum! Today I am writing an account of tyranny for the readers of Ubqari. While writing this, I kept thinking that how could be the parents and siblings so unjust. I am a Homeopathic doctor so the patients often keep visiting me. The account I am writing is one of my patients. His name is A. It happened to him in 1996 and he himself shared this with me. A was a gentle and sincere person. He used to look after his parents and was a labor. When he got married, his parents asked him to give them separate money for their expenses; they demanded a fixed amount separately on every Friday. Listening to this, A replied respectfully, “I am a labor and I cannot fix an amount for you, take as much money from me as you need daily.” His siblings started poisoning his parents against him, and they became so much against A that they asked him to leave their home. A said to his father, “I will leave the home as soon as I get some replacement.” When his siblings saw that he was not leaving, they asked their father to disinherit him from the property so that he himself leaves the house. His father disowned him and made him leave his house. When their neighbors came to know this, they all went to his father and said, “You are mistreating your most obedient and poor son. We can help to conciliate with your son if you want.” But he didn’t listen to them. Similarly some well-wishers sincerely sympathized with A and said that his father did wrong with him. A said, “My Allah is with me and He is seeing everything,” and then he left home. Within four years Allah blessed him with everything. When his parents made him leave their house, a few days later his father fell from the stairs and had severe back injury. From then he started walking with support but didn’t tell this to his poor son. This is how seven years passed. During this time A didn’t go back to his family, both his parents and siblings never tried to know about him. He used to cry for his family in his heart. After seven years, suddenly a man came to him and said, “Your father is extremely ill and he is calling you.” The moment A listened to this, he ran to his father’s home and stopped at the door. Shivering he entered the house and embraced with his father’s feet. His father couldn’t get up from the bed. He held A’s hand with his trembling hands and asked him for forgiveness. He said, “Son! Please forgive me, I did wrong with you. I had been facing hardships since the day I made you leave the house but I was driven by my ego. Please forgive me; I was influenced by others and made my most obedient son leave the house.” Crying, A embraced his father and said, “Father! You are embarrassing me; I am no one to forgive you rather you should forgive me for not being able to look after you.” After a long discussion A went back to his home. Four days later his father called him again and asked A to forgive him. A said, “Father! Allah is the one to forgive us.” Right after two days his father died. A few days later, his brothers also came to A; they apologized and said, Our troubles had been increasing since the say we made you leave the house. We faced one problem after another. We are surrounded by diseases, our business is on the verge of destruction, please forgive us and come back to home.” A forgave all of them but didn’t agree upon going back to home. He said, “I am living happily in my separate home. May that house be fortunate for you and may Allah bless you with happiness and prosperity. As far as my share is concerned, I don’t want anything from that house. You can distribute it among each other.” Since then his brothers are also prospering well. Readers! Upon listening to this I am forced to write that today’s parents really do injustice with their children. Allah says that we should treat all our children equally and should not differentiate among them. If children will be answerable for not treating their parents well, parents will also be answerable to Allah that why did they differentiate among their children? Why did they not bring them up well? I am writing this in the Monthly Ubqari so that the parents may start treating their children equally upon reading this. And they may also worry for the world hereafter because now a day we all have become unkind. You must have heard the saying that “The long arm of the Almighty makes no sound when it strikes.” This incident is the translation of this saying.

Got rid of sciatic pain within three days!
Respected Hakim Sahib, As Salam Alaikum! I am sending a few of my tried prescriptions for Ubqari readers.
Get rid of Sciatic Pain within three days: Take 4 gram Lavandula Stoechas (ustukhuddus), 4 gram dry coriander and 7 black peppers. Grind these ingredients in 60 milliliter water, strain and add a little bit of brown sugar. Take every morning before dawn. In sha Allah the pain will be removed by repeating this practice continuously for three days.
Toothache: This prescription immediately removes the toothache. Take black henbane (Ajwain Khurasani) and Quinine in equal quantity and prepare tooth-powder. Apply on the affected area. You can also fill it in the tooth cavity; it will give quick relief and toothache will be removed, in sha Allah.
To get rid of intestinal worms: Take 12 gram walnut, 12 gram dates and 12 gram embelia. Grind the ingredients well and strain them to make fine powder. Take 3 grams along with fresh water. Or take 7 peach tree leaves, grind them and add white sugar. Drinking it early morning on an empty stomach removes the intestinal worms within three days.
Gonorrhea repellent: Take 12 gram tragacanth, 12 gram lotus fruit (Asteracantha longifolia), 12 gram white resin (vateria indica) and 36 grams white sugar. Grind all the ingredients and strain them to make fine powder. Distribute the medicine in seven parts and take each part daily with cow milk lassi.
